I am a research scientist for the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) working at the Institute for Structural Biology (IBS) in Grenoble, France where I am a staff member of the PIXEL team within the Integrated Imaging of Stress Response (I2SR) group
My research interest in the is centered on the engineering and characterization of phototransformable fluorescent proteins, using a set of methods: molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology (X-ray crystallography, NMR, electron microscopy...), spectroscopy and single-molecule localization microscopy techniques.
